- 3 Chicken thigh fillets
- 1 Litre of Chicken stock
- 1 - 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 - 2 teaspoons Teriyaki sauce
Heat the stock until just simmering - not boiling. Add the chicken and poach for about 15 minutes - until cooked. Do not boil - the chicken will come out dry and tough. chop finely and add mayonnaise and Teriyaki sauce - it's that simple!
