Nearly everyone I know loves chocolate. Seriously loves chocolate. I can, kind of, take it or leave it, but sometimes I really like a chocolate Brownie – with a lovely thin crispy crust and a gooey chocolate centre.
Sometime a girl needs a little bit of gooey chocolate goodness to share with her man.
This recipe is awesome, because you mix it all in a saucepan – not very much to wash up!
Here is the recipe I use for my delicious Brownies.
Ingredients
How to?
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a slice pan with baking paper, with overhang at the ends.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan – let cool a little. Whisk in the 2 sugars, followed by the eggs – one at a time. Fold all the other ingredients through and smooth over the bottom of the prepared tin. Bake for 30 minutes, allow to cool completely in the tin, before lifting it out using the overhanging paper. Cut into 18 little squares and ENJOY!
