How to?
Add all the sauce ingredients (except parsley, lemon thyme and salmon) in a small frypan on a medium to high heat, and reduce until thickened.
While sauce is cooking, slice salmon.
When the sauce is cooked, stir through most of the parsley and lemon thyme, and ½ of the smoked salmon. Place in serving plates and scatter the rest over the top.

- ½ small Onion – finely diced
- Pinch Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped Continental Parsley
- 1 Sprig Lemon Thyme
- 100g Smoked Salmon
- 2 Serves Cooked Spaghetti
